Jul 11, 2008 - I wish all these ignant people would stop the arguments on Parkour v Free Running. yes, they are different and I used to be just as anal about it as you seem to be, but I've been training for 3 years, and it doesn't really matter what you call it. When someone free runs, they are 99.9% also doing parkour. Just because you see a flip in a video doesn't mean you have to flip out. When I go to do parkour, I tell people I'm going free running. Cuz that's what I'm doing. I'm running free.

Jul 11, 2008 - I would say I'm intermediate, but people at my school say I'm advanced, but they've never met a real free runner. There really isn't anywhere to go where I live, so I go to a gym every week, but before I moved, there was the best train station ever, which is where I started. I go back from time to time and train. I havent made a video since the first week I started, which is terrible, but we're working on one now due to come out either this fall or winter.
