May 27, 2008 - it is hard for me to kick on one big bag. I pratice on multiple small bags. it move's to much. its good for the eyes. but you get whip a lot. I use a wooden dummy most of the time. I can focus better on it. you give me a positive idea.

May 28, 2008 - I wish I had a wooden dummy. And I wish I could afford different styles of bags. The one u see in this clip was found on the side of the road! haha I could like to have a muay thai bag because its long and slender

Jun 10, 2008 - I love your mantis style. I'm currently learning Long fist Northern Praying Mantis at my dojo, but I fear I'm not working hard enough on it, I only learn parts of the form in sets :( and its really expensive, I like your strikes to elbow move though, I might need to throw it into my strikes ;)

randyds5 Says:

Jun 10, 2008 - Acually, there was a thesis written on mantis many years ago about the "7 deadly strikes in mantis" it includes 4 different elbow strikes ,a chop, palm strike, and back hand strike, I may post it up for you

o0fossil0o Says:

Jun 18, 2008 - That'd be great, if you could do that, so I have strikes to practice on my dummy in my basement, I'll start postin videos of my forms and strikes. Inspiration at its finest is what your bring randy. "I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times."

Jun 18, 2008 - Thank you so much, Im working on posting a vid of a xing yi training mountage as well. I just gotta find time. I had a martial arts fight about a week ago, I trained months for it, now im taking a little breather from martial arts to hang out with friends , but ive got another fight in sept, so i;ll have to start training hard again, real soon.
