I've had it on my computer for years now, and I'll bet it's where this particular musician heard it first. Just my guess. (Listen to it -- you'll hear the exact same thing!)

Aug 13, 2008 - I did not get a thing when I searched for that thing. HOWEVER, I dabbeled with key words you provided and found the site. Has it got a brownish background with faint blacklines in it and the Midi stuff is all on the left side of the screen? The only Vampire Killer midi I could find was that of a drum line. Only drums, no music. Maybe the guy removed the version your talking of? The midi site reads, "Soullard's MIDI archive" and then its got anime and THEN video game stuff.

Winamp and Windows Media Player both gave me just the drum line. However, Quicktime did the trick with playing the MIDI properly. Not the best thing to use, but it should work.
