It is a shocking and shameful act of quietly taking out Directorate General of Income-tax - Investigation (DGIT-I) out of the ambit of the Right to Information Act 2005 without any public debate or giving the people an opportunity to convey their views in the matter involving corruption and transparency in the working of public administration.Anyway, the concerned citizens are not going to take such acts of the Govt lightly.
