Herl the Pearl plays a tune by John Scofield called "I don't need no Doctor" on the Roland TD-12 digital drum kit using his own COSM modeled sounds. Some sections are not too tight but at least the tune is fun playing.

Aug 8, 2008 - Thank you very much. With respect to the user name, my first name is Herluf and my English-speaking friends seem to shorten that to "Herl". Also, Pearl is a major brand in the drum world and I used to be a devoted Pearl drummer. Since they rhyme, since I play drums, and since a pearl is somehow a symbol of value, I thought it might be a good name. That is pretty much the reason for the name.
