Founder/Master James U. Sy Jr. and Chapter Head Lafayette A. Diamante of the Conceptual Martial Arts Society (CMAS), Inc. demonstrated self defense from a seated position, chair defense against a knife, pangamut contra sundang, pang-agaw, and pang-garote (stick strangulation).
