A Sharon Township officer is recovering after a routine traffic stop turned into a call for a medic. The officer called for medical help after a pit bull in the pulled-over car attacked him. NBC 4 was told the officer pulled over the car for weaving. Apparently, the people in the car were lost. As the officer was talking to the driver, a pit bull popped his head outside and bit the officer on the arm. The officer was taken to an area hospital for shots. By Donna Willis

Jul 29, 2008 - Stupid bitch rolled down the back window, because she knew the dog would attack the officer. I hope they euthanized that dog. I hope she gets to look through a set of bars for a while too. Probably won't fix the problem, but at least it will take one more piece of shit off the street for a short while.

Aug 14, 2008 - Too bad they cant euthanized the owner. Its ashame that so many animals get killed because owners do nt take care of thier pets.
