Dancer I Gusti Ayu Sukmawati dances Oleg, the famous bumblebee dance with Wayan from Singpadu with Gamelan Semara Ratih playing the music. Ayu makes this piece beautifully dramatic and clear. Her aunt, Gusti Raka, was the first dancer to dance this piece; she was taught it by the choreographer, I Mario. The complete video of this dance is available from Bali Record, BRVCD-14.

Jun 13, 2008 - if i'm not mistaken, gusti means princess right?
ksuling Says:
Jun 13, 2008 - Yes, it does mean princess, but many people share the title because it goes with a certain caste now. But, actually, Gusti Ayu has royal ancestry in the Javanese kingdom of Yogyakarta.
