So I ended up coming down with quite the cold, and cut my extended goal short from 14 days, to 11. Nonetheless, the Cleanse is complete and other than the cold nonsense, I feel great! Thanks for watching!

Jul 23, 2008 - Congrats on your completion of the Master Cleanse! Sorry you caught a cold and had to end it sooner. I'm on Day 23 of 30 and still going strong. I've lost 26 pounds in 23 days! Looking forward to see more videos. You guys make me laugh when you do a video together! :)
