Jul 31, 2008 - "Citizen Hero" was coined by Citizen Prime. His citizen hero program encourages /non costumed/ people to do community service. AFAIK, No RLSH refers to themselves as a CH. I've heard "reals" or "costumed activists." Terrifica is no longer active. Superhero has patrolled Clearwater and done other services for his community. He is an optimistic and good hearted individual. Most RLSH don't take the law into their hands. We try do what we can to make the world a better place in our own way.
