Song: Thrasher Artist: Evile Album: N/A Difficulty: Expert Chart: Harmonix (Rock Band) Hyperspeed: 3 On request. Practice mode didn't work so had to do it in Quick Play. I ain't touching this beast. On a further note, this IS the hardest official chart made (it's part of a Rock Band DLC pack). The arguments for this is: * Insane fast strumming sections similar to Trogdor. But where Trogdor's insane strumming section lasts for a few seconds Thrasher's entier verses are insane strumming sections. * While not a impossible solo it's still quite challenging. * If Trogdor is a challenge to FC cause of that little end part in the Solo then what the fuck do you think Thrasher is? Close to impossible. For a human. This is interesting though. The general Guitar Hero community tends to quickly say that some songs are impossible to FC. Take Jordan for example, people claimed that it was impossible to FC but over time people came up with different strategies (like the tapping for instance) and over a year and a few months later after GH2's release Jordan had been FC'd and now a few months after that people are squeezing it. There are songs in GH3 that have been considered impossible to FC. Mainly One because of the complexity of Fast Solo A and the hard transition at the end of it. And of course Through the Fire and Flames due to its very high difficulty and it's length (and since the song is long and difficult there is a massive amount of room to screw up). But each section of Through the Fire and Flames has been FC'd individually. Fast Solo A has almost been FC'd. People get better over time and saying that something will never be FC'd is harsh if we look back at Jordan. So what about Thrasher? Will it ever be FC'd? No. Gold Stared? Maybe, but not FC'ed. Video #100 is incoming. It will not be anything "wow" special but just a HQ video. Might make something more special when I reach a certain subscriber number or something. Jun 14, 2008 - Every song is FCable. I don't know why people say a certain song is impossible. Even before TtFaF, people did Jordan, Institutionalized, Hangar 18, and fucking stupid hard songs. Granted, the second two aren't as crazy as Thrasher, the solos aren't that bad on this song, and how many people have nailed Misirlou? This is like if they threw some sweeps into Misirlou. It can't be impossible.

Jun 30, 2008 - Trogdor is over 17 (I believe it's close to 18, but not positive), Thrasher is 13.87 throughout the entire song (and Misirlou is a low 13). Is it as hard to hit as Trogdor? Hell no. But get your facts straight before you tell someone else to.

The solo's are hard, but not TOO hard like some other songs out there. It's just that Rock Band has a small timing window (a timing window is basicly how accurate you have to be with the notes) and it makes it hard to FC. I'm telling you, this would be already FC'd on Guitar and Bass if it was in GH3 (Maybe GH2, but not Rock Band)

Jul 20, 2008 - DWDTG is 20 but Guitar Hero 3's engine makes it extremely easy. Thrasher is harder because it in Rock Band's engine. You can't compare speeds across engines. Thrasher plays like it would be around 14.5 nps in gh2 in my opinion, and the dwdtg strumming would be impossible in gh2, but it is simple in gh3.
