Viking: Battle for Asgard This is one of the 2 big battles on the 2nd island (I can't remember any of the names of these places). Yeah I got tossed off a few times (trying to watch the gore and missing the button inputs), but that doesn't hurt Skarin, so if you check my life bar I somehow avoided damage (thanks mostly to the Counter move you can buy once you get to the 2nd island, which enhances your dodge). Anyway, it's nothing spectacualr; I just like the champion fights a lot. Gives me that David and Goliath vibe. (And you do get to giants later in the game. That'll be another video.)

May 17, 2008 - Yeah, I saw Beowulf in the theater. This video isn't really a good example of the mass combat because I had collected such a big army that they kept everyone else off of me (that's the main reason it was flawless). If I'd have gone deeper into enemy terrirory I'd have been swamped. You can only dodge back, & the story really isn't that great. I mean, so far it doesn't unfold or anything, like there's no plot twists & there are very few cut-scenes. But the worlds are huge.

And yeah, that's a pretty accurate plot summary :) And there was a slight twist in the end, but since Skarin never speaks or even makes facial expressions, I didn't really care too much about him anyway...

Jun 13, 2008 - You PS3 crashed? How so? I've never heard of that happening to anyone. When I rented Assassin's Creed things froze up a whole lot, causing me to have to restart the system, but I assume that was the game, since I haven't had that problem with anything else. I also make sure that I don't leave my PS3 on for more than 5 or 6 hours at a time, just to be safe, even though it has a good cooling fan in it.

May 17, 2008 - Hey. Flawless battles do look better. Can u dodge to the sides, too, or just back step in this game? It's impressive how there is still not a really good mass combat in games =/ Is this game story good? I just watched Beowulf and I loved it... in HD, 'cause in SD it's just average.
