Jul 21, 2008 - Eye shadow primer Urban Decay Primer Potion fount at Sephora. It allows you to see the true color of the eveshadow and it also keeps the eye shadow from creasing, and it also allows the shadow to last longer. Oh and it helps the eve shadows blend better.

Jul 23, 2008 - lol i knew it would be something simple! i tried it with just a reg white liner. seems to work pretty well. great tip tho, i've been getting yellows, bright blues and bright greens to show up 10x better!
