This is Team Fortress 2 being played on my computer. Notice how it will run extremely smoothly for a few seconds then stutter again for seemingly no reason. I had nothing else running in the background to cause this. This only happens in Portals, TF2, and Gary's Mod, but not in CS:S Computer: AMD AthlonX2 4600+ 2GB Corsair XMS2 DDR2 2 x eVGA 7900GT KO's SLI Soundblaster Audigy 4 Nothing running in the background to slow it up.
