Back around 1992, I walked in to a used record store in Lexington KY and bought this Wavy Gravy album. I really bought it for the cover, as it was a scene from It Conquered The World. They also had another Wavy Gravy LP with the cover being a pic from Abbott & Costello Meet Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde, but I only had enough money for one, so I got the It Conquered The World one. I took it home and listened to it and decided it was a very strange LP. In amongst the songs were trailers for sleazy "B" movies from the 60's and 70's, but in all, it was fun to listen to. I'm tempted to just list some of the songs from the LP with no video, so if you're interested in hearing songs like Rubber Room, check back. This LP is out of print, but I've seen it available in cd format on EBAY. Anyway, I love the lsd song and thought of how to put it to video. Well, it's more difficult than what I thought it would be. I really couldn't find many cuts from movies that seemed to fit just right, so I ended up using a few from The Tingler, The Werewolf, Psycho, and a couple of others. While the video doesn't necessarily follow the song too well, if anything, I hope you enjoy the song.
