Jul 20, 2008 - burst limit was not a letdown. It was VERY fun and it had a ton of things working for it. The reason it didnt have GT characters is because the game only went up to the cell saga. And it only went up to the cell saga bcuz they needed an excuse to make a second one, and then probably a third with GT characters (though GT sucked ass)

Jul 24, 2008 - you have to make a new user and then make a new PSN account in a different region. The three you should have are, US, UK and Japan becuz those are the only three different ones (the others are the same as US or Uk accounts)
