This was a bear on the side of the road, in between prince george and kelowna. somewhere...? The siren at the end, is not Police but BC county, park rangers, who are trying to scare the bear away as they get human conditioned and get used to humans then attack them for food, once the fear has gone, which results in them being put down. he explained this, & so we didnt stop for bears so close again!
