This is the Mac OS X Leopard Startup video. You can get the original version on your mac running leopard in ~/System/Library/CoreServices/Setup Assistant/Contents/Resources/TransitionSection.bundle/Contents/Resources/intro.mov. The audio is separate, and it is in the same location except it is called intro-sound.mov. You will need to combine them using iMovie or another program.
