http://www.fitnesseveryone.org A home workout biceps routine that you can do every day. As you can see the video is not edited so the whole routine only lasts 5 minutes including stretching. There are 10 sets of 5 reps, so if we do a simple math we get 10x5 = 50 reps! If you do this in the morning once and then again in the evening it's 100 reps. And it's only 10 minutes! If you do every day it's 100 reps per day x 7 days = 700 reps in just 10 minutes a day!
