Demo of the Future Sound Systems Decade Counter DC1 available here: http://www.futuresoundsystems.co.nr Model shown in video is in Eurorack format and has a highly limited pink-acrylic/black text 3mm acrylic panel. The module sequentially counts through ten outputs (this can be cut down by patching a step output to the reset input), which can then be used to trigger envelopes, etc. in a modular system. Here, the module is used to process audio coming from the Alesis Ion, sequenced by the Elektron Machinedrum. Strange, gritty sounds can be produced by using two oscillators - one clocking the counter and the other either resetting or disabling the counter. Please excuse the worst cameramanning ever.

Jul 16, 2008 - Oh, that's one of two really old Yamaha DX11s I was given for free. They're both really battered up. The right hand side of that one has been folded into the actual main chassis and is somehow forcing the top C down. However, it doesn't trigger which is good.

Jul 16, 2008 - What happened to the high C on that black (Yamaha?) synth? :) Did the DC1 give it a beat-down?
