Jun 24, 2008 - As many people have said, it's from Carmina Burana by Carl Orff, but it's used very commonly, especially in things like teaser trailers that need dramatic music but the movie's real score hasn't been written yet. You goota love public domain. Plus, this is only the first half of "O Fortuna", but the second half is mainly a Gregorian chant and probably a little tricky to do on a violin.
