Jul 1, 2008 - Everything that is legal is not always moral. And morality is not based on personal opinions. Legally speaking, if enough people thought it was alright to murder, they could get legislation passed to create a law. It would be legal to murder, but is it a moral act?

Jul 1, 2008 - How is morality objective? There's no way for you to prove that. You can't make a moral argument in a legal discussion. But, as a side note, yes some things are legal and horribly immoral. Especially the constitutional amendments banning same sex marriage.
