A documentary on special education campaign, titled Herova? Zerova?, produced by actor Suriya's NGO Agaram Foundation, was launched by State Minister for School Education Thangam Thennarasu at 4.00 pm in the Ball Room in Hotel Taj Connemera on May 15. The documentary is made by Agaram Foundation in association with Mr. Vishnu Vardhan Induri, M.D. of the Social Media India Ltd and has introductory speeches by Actors Kamal Haasan, Vijay, Madhavan, Jyothika and some other film personlaties. Speaking on the occasion, the Minister hailed Suriya for his efforts to make every child literate through the documentary. "The government can take steps only to certain level, but it is you (NGOs) who play a vital role", he said. "The NGO has made the five minute documentary for the Ministry of School Education. It is set to be broadcast in all television channels so that people are made more aware of child education", the Minister said. Suriya said the Foundation had adopted a Adi Dravida school near Chengleput and was engaged in spreading free education. Actors Vijay, Madhavan, Suriya, Jyothika act in the movie. Noted Cinematographer K V Anand handles the camera. Music is by Harris Jayaraj and Sreekar Prasad has done the editing. 'Kanda Naal Muthal' V Priya has directed the same. The short film is supported by online portal Bharatstudent.com. Actors Suriya, Madhavan and Sivakumar also spoke on the occasion.
