May 17, 2008 - Well Boss, I'm sat here watching this a second time! I'm sad, angry to the point of tears. As you well know I've been up since 6.30am and have had various media playing ie radion, television and the papers. Where is our recognition? Who knows today is International Day Against Homophobia?? Who knows it? Only us, that's who ... the GLBT community who already have to face the issues daily and who are trying to stand counted and proud in society! Great work Boss, keep up the campaign, some1 has to!

May 17, 2008 - I did the same thing jojo, called and emailed various radio stations and nothing, not so much as a passing mention. im disgusted to say the least. The point of days like this is to make people aware, how can they become more aware if the media think its a bit too risky to broadcast!

May 18, 2008 - All day yesterday i waited to hear something...ANYTHING....about what the day was...and all I heard....was from other members of the GLBT community. It saddens me. I wore a ribbon all day...a rainbow one...and I wore my two weeks shirt...and I guess if nothing else at least when ppl asked me why and what the shirt meant...I could tell them...I know other GLBT ppl knew...some even said things to me about it in Chicago...I just wish EVERYONE knew. I wish there had just been something....anything.

May 19, 2008 - The whole point of having a day against homophobia, i would assume, was to send out a message that it needs to stop... how can that message travel without it being broadcast? The fact that i called several radio stations, emailed a few more, then called a gay internet station and not one of them gave it a mention sickens me.
