However at about 0:15 if you go frame by frame There is a very focused beam of light specifically on the man who is on all fours. In the case of a military strike they likely used some sort of EMP to disable the security devices which would fuck with the internal time among other things but I'm leaning toward ufo :D

Jul 19, 2008 - yes it does seem as though the video may be edited but watch it frame by frame, there is no signs of tampering. My theory is it seems as though he flows up because the flash and the light that came when he was brought back left a minor afterimage on the camera. When a light that bright is shown to a camera you can guarantee some video lag because the shutter has to adjust between two extremes.
