Here is my weight-loss journey so far in pictures. I started my journey at a whopping 336lbs now over 100lbs lighter I am still going but I thought I would share this update of my success to-date! Doing this presentation was actually quite eye opening for me...Its hard to believe sometimes that I have lost soooo much weight already. Its also easy to get discouraged when you hit plateaus, as I have of late, but I have been reminded today that what I have achieved so far is more than enough motivation/inspiration to keep me going to my goal of 178lbs.
