Libros: I like Dover publishing's books on physics / educational subjects. Everyman Chess publishing puts out excellent quality books. Sorry to not name specific books, but take a publishing company which puts out quality material as a whole and you have an endless supply. Magazines such as Fine Scale Modeler and RC Heli Magazine are so extremely valuable.
