It seems the economy goes south every 20 years it is in those times the family that worked nearly 20 years paying for a home loose that home so live within your means get a place in your name and own it 100% then you can spend away. If you fail to plan you plan to fail don't keep up with the Jones unless you can do so with surplus. Oh yes should you ever hit the lottery know this 1 million produces 100k a year with 10% return a feat that is easy for a professional to do. Save the money spend the interest and you will never ever go broke.

My job is dangerous I haul chemicals so please drive safely.I beg anyone to learn the SMITH system of driving you will save money and become a much safer driver.
