That is ultimately all I listen to, as I find it hard to get any inspiration or power out of actual bands like I can with John Ottman or Don Davis. The only actual bands(though truthfully, they're solo artists) I listen to are Michelle Branch and Vanessa Carlton. My favorite composers are; John Williams, Don Davis, John Ottman, Rachel Portman, James Newton Howard, James Horner, Jerry Goldsmith, Dennis McCarthy, Harry Gregson-Williams, Joe Hisaishi, Mark Snow, Michael McCuistion, Kristopher Carter, Lolita Ritmanis, Norihiko Hibino, Shirley Walker, Thomas Newman, Koji Kondo, Nobuo Uematsu, Brian Tyler, Velton Ray Bunch, Alexander Courage, Christopher Young and Robert J. Kral.
Hobbies: Writing, video games, Japan, feminism, film, comic books.
I've pursued a lot of careers, but all of them remained within the same aspect of storytelling. And that's all I really want to do is tell stories. People who know me and have spoken at length with me probably know that I change my career goals at the drop of a hat. But I just want to be a writer. Books, comics, film, doesn't matter. I just want to tell stories that people can relate to and get some interest in. Writing my novel is where my current creative output is. I've found that my interest lies mainly in writing about females in power and strong, warrior women types. I can't write males without getting bored very quickly.
