Blazing to the Top Mildly popular YouTube video maker gets news story for no reason By Oliver Closehoff | Newsweek Web Exclusive May 13, 2008 | Updated: 10:13 p.m. ET May 15, 2008 Since 2007, The Blazephlozard Company has been making (and/or copying from other sites) quality videos that are guaranteed to make you laugh! Well, not really. Although his first video was uploaded on June 26, 2007, it was 12 seconds long, and was simply Andre Agassi practicing on a court. Of course, this was exclusive footage only caught by Blazephlozard! Still, it sucked. He made a few videos around the same time, such as a collection of U.S. Open pictures (once again, suckish), the opening scene for the Subspace Emissary (awesome, but not his), and "All Your Poop Are Belong To Us" (his first video that took more than three minutes to make). AYPABTU has gotten more than 1,000 views. However, in a recent interview with Blazephlozard, founder of The Blazephlozard Company, he called it "not very good." Blazephlozard didn't make any new videos for 6 months, due in part to his parents banning him from the computer. Don't worry about it being due to his massive hentai addiction; that's still a secret! He was banned due to him lying about going on the computer. Why did he lie? Refer to the sentence a few lines back for the answer. But now he's back, and making videos faster than ever before! His first video he made in "The New Era" is I Can't Believe You've Dropped the Screw in the Tuna. It was an idea Blaze had quite a few months ago, when "Ah fuck. I can't believe you've done this." wasn't such an old meme. He made a few more videos based on "Ah fuck." No one knows why, considering they weren't funny at all. He also uploaded the video he was working on when he was banned, in its unfinished form. Blaze had this to say about "Hotel Ghostbusters"... "That video was my first real video. The others were more just little distractions or pure shit. That video was also the start of my tradition of using shows/games not often used in Youtube Poops. How many AVGN poops have you seen? And how many of those were GOOD?" He certainly has kept that tradition alive in his more recent work. "Frankly, I'm not using things like MAMA LUIGI enough! (Laughs)" His arguable "claim to fame" is IN THE DEN? It used a clip from the Home Movies episode "Class Trip", where the character Jason repeatedly said "in the DEN?" in response to what Melissa was doing in the den. "When I saw that on Adult Swim, I instantly thought, 'This needs to be an annoying forced meme. Now.'" The same situation happened when he watched the premiere of Code Geass on Adult Swim. The dub had a few hilarious lines such as "WE'RE NOT ELEVENS WE'RE JAPANESE" and "YOU FELLAS KNOW FULL WELL WHAT THIS BAD ASS MUTHA CAN DO!" One big weakness in his video making ability is how annoying Windows Movie Maker is. "For some reason, it keeps making corrupted data in the videos I import into it, making some parts of them unusable. Usually I can work around it, but sometimes I just can't." His video, "Best of Whitest Kids U'Know Season 2 Episode 2", is actually just a remix of the internet meme "McRoll'd". "I WAS making an actual best of, but one of the skits had corrupted data in a crucial lulzy spot. So then I said 'fuck it' and made it a McRoll instead." The weaknesses of Windows Movie Maker affected "YOU FELLAS KNOW..." the worst of all. Blaze had to delete a whole part of the video, and it took him a few more days than planned. "It still was the first Code Geass youtube poop, though. Some asshole made one a few days later saying that the other one, obviously mine, wasn't good. I hope he doesn't think HIS is good, because his sucks ass." Since then, Blazephlozard has continued making videos every couple days or so. On May 13, 2008, Blaze renamed his channel (which at the time was "YOU FELLAS KNOW FULL WELL WHAT THIS BADASS CHANNEL CAN DO") to The Blazephlozard Company. He says he did this because "it sounds cool." Recently, The Blazephlozard Company's video frequency has decreased. This is due to him getting a new love of hentai, thanks to Kallen's ass. He would rather fap than make videos when on the computer. Blaze claims it's also because he's running out of ideas, but this reporter says "yeah, right." Hopefully Blaze's extreme perversion will subside, and The Blazephlozard Company will return to making quality non-ecchi vids. But this is doubtful. I've seen Kallen's ass myself, and I can certainly see how he could get addicted. In fact, imma fap nao lulz baiiiiii~
