Knees were bothering me, so I used 135 lbs. for a warm up and then hit 205 for 7. This was my second set - 205 for 5. Yeah, I kinda froze in time on that fourth and fifth rep. Maybe I should edit the title to 205 x 1, 1, 1, 1, aaaaaaaand (eventually) 1.

Just couldn't get my chin over the bar for that seventh rep. Very pleased with my chinning progress although I think it's obvious that I used additional momentum this time: Completed a sixth rep and almost number seven in two seconds less time than my last chin up vid.
